How much is the delivery fee?
Free delivery for orders $200 and above
$15 delivery fee for orders below $200
$30 delivery fee for same day delivery (same day delivery for orders made before 2 PM, orders after 2 PM will be delivered the next day)
Do you offer same day delivery?
We currently do not offer same-day delivery. However, you’re welcome to opt for self-collection—your plants will be ready for pick-up on the same day your order is placed.
Do you do international shipping?
At the moment we do not offer international shipping.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
How will my data be used?

Can I self-collect my purchased item?
Yes, absolutely! You can opt for self-collection at any of our retail outlets or our main nursery, whichever is most convenient for you.
Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Please wait for this confirmation before heading down to collect your items.

Why does my plant look slightly different from the photo?
Plants are living things, and natural variation in size, color, and shape is to be expected. Lighting, season, and growth stage can all influence appearance. We assure you the health and quality remain top-notch.
Can I return my plants?
We do not accept returns unless the plant arrives damaged.
If your plant is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo for review.

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
Can I request a custom plant arrangement or bulk order for events?
Yes, we welcome custom orders for weddings, corporate gifts, events, and interior styling. Please contact us directly with your request and we’ll be happy to work with you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your safety.
Can I pre-order out-of-stock plants?
Some popular plants sell out quickly! You can register your interest on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s restocked.
