Delivery Policy

We take care to ensure your plants arrive healthy, happy, and on time. All our plants are delivered by our trusted team.

Delivery Fees

• Free delivery for orders $200 and above.
• A flat fee of $20 applies to orders below $200.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver islandwide in Singapore. Additional charges may apply for restricted zones (e.g., Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas).

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Special Instructions

If no one is home, please leave delivery instructions (e.g., leave at door, gate, or with a neighbour). We are not responsible for loss or damage if items are left unattended.

Prefer to pick up your plants? Choose self-collection at checkout.
You may collect your order from any of the following locations:

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for delivery. Please reach out to us (via contact us) as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
