Variegated Kumquat Care Tips 

  • Light: Requires full sun (at least 6 hours daily) to fruit well. Best placed on balconies or near sunny windows.

  • Watering: Water when the top 2–3cm of soil feels dry. Avoid waterlogged conditions.

  • Temperature: Loves warm climates – thrives between 25–32°C.

  • Airflow: Good airflow helps prevent fungal issues.

  • Soil: Use well-draining citrus potting mix or add sand/perlite to regular mix.

  • Fertilizer: Apply citrus fertilizer monthly during the growing season.

  • Pruning: Light pruning encourages bushier growth and better shape.
