We do our best to ensure your plants arrive happy and healthy. Due to the living nature of our products, please note the following:

Returns and Refund

Returns are not accepted unless the plant is damaged upon arrival.

To request a replacement, please:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Send clear photos of damage and packaging to [email protected]
  3. Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund based on availability

Please note that

  1. Once the plant is received in good condition, its care is your responsibility
  2. Variations in plant size, shape, and color are natural
  3. Soil spillage or slight bruising from transport does not qualify as damage

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for delivery. Please reach out to us (via contact us) or email as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
