Welcome to The Good Plants. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Availability
All plants and products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory updated, but availability may change without notice.

3. Plant Photos and Variation
Product images are for sample purposes only. Plants are living organisms, and no two are exactly alike. Variations in size, color, and shape are natural. The plant you receive may not be identical to the one shown in the photo but will be of similar quality and type.

4. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars and include/exclude taxes as specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within Singapore. Delivery charges apply and will be shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, stock levels, or peak periods.

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival. Please report any issues within 1 day with photo evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

8. Plant Care and Customer Responsibility
Once the plant is delivered or collected, the buyer is responsible for its care. While we provide basic care instructions, we cannot guarantee plant survival due to varying home conditions.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not allowed after dispatch or for customized orders.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, text, and branding, belongs to The Good Plants and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from improper plant care or misuse of our products.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
